From Metal to Robotics: Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025

We recently had the chance to briefly attend Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025, one of Spain’s leading industry events for advanced manufacturing.

Taking place on 5–6 November at IFEMA (Madrid), the 2025 edition brings together the former MetalMadrid, Composites and Robomática events into a single, consolidated showcase. With over 600 exhibitors and more than 13,500 professionals, the fair offers a broad overview of the latest developments in automation, robotics, additive manufacturing and production technologies.

 A key highlight of the event is the Tech Congress 4.0, which features 100+ expert speakers discussing trends shaping the future of manufacturing, from digitalisation and Industry 4.0 to advanced materials and sustainable production processes.

Our project coordinator, AITIIP, attended the event and took the opportunity to share ATRIUM project materials, making project leaflets available to attendees and helping increase visibility among industry and research stakeholders.

We would like to thank the organisers of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid for creating a valuable meeting point for the manufacturing ecosystem and for fostering knowledge exchange across sectors. Events like these play an important role in connecting innovation, industry and applied research.
